Product Introduction
Hexa Pharma Chem presents the Integtest® Glove Integrity Tester GT-5.0, manufactured by Beijing Neuronbc Laboratories Co., Ltd. The GT-5.0 is built on the mature and proven technology of the GT-2.0 and GT-3.0 series, delivering advanced online glove integrity testing for isolators, RABS, and cleanroom barrier systems. It is designed according to the positive pressure leak detector principle recommended by GB/T 25915.7-2010 / ISO 14644-7:2004.
The GT-5.0 supports up to 6 glove trays simultaneously with 2 free trays included, making it the most scalable solution in the Neuronbc glove tester lineup. It features a color touch screen with intelligent program matching, continuous work mode with compressed air/nitrogen/inert gas support, USB data export, optional audit trail, and 10,000 history records. An ideal high-productivity solution for pharmaceutical facilities with multiple isolator glove testing requirements.

Product Content — Operation Guide
Step 1: Connect gas source to inlet of instrument — pressure must be below 0.5 Mpa.
Step 2: Set test parameters in the operation interface, including glove specification.
Step 3: Put glove tray edge into glove port or seal it. Ensure proper connection between glove tray edge and glove port, keeping the glove tray edge and glove flat. Press the start button — the instrument will pressurize the edge of the glove tray. During this process, ensure the glove tray remains stable. After sealing is finished, the instrument begins pressurizing to the set value, then stops and starts testing.
Step 4: Test is complete — result will display "Pass" or "Failed".
Step 5: Press the glove tray button — the instrument exhausts pressure automatically. Remove the glove tray. Test is complete.
