Hexa Pharma Chem presents the Integtest® Wireless Glove Integrity Tester WGT-1000, manufactured by Beijing Neuronbc Laboratories Co., Ltd. The WGT-1000 is an online glove integrity testing instrument designed according to the positive pressure leak detector principle recommended by GB/T 25915.7-2010 / ISO 14644-7:2004. Backed by Neuronbc's years of expertise in pressure control technology from filter integrity tester production, this device delivers mature, reliable performance for glove leak detection in isolators and barrier systems.
The WGT-1000 features a wireless communication mode with a built-in air pump and lithium battery, enabling systematic management with real-time linkage of multiple detection units. It includes four-level authority management and electronic signature design compliant with 21 CFR Part 11, stores over 12,000 test records with built-in FLASH storage, and supports replaceable glove trays for different glove specifications — all with no need to remove gloves. A high-precision pressure sensor ensures fast and accurate glove testing.
