Hexa Pharma Chem presents the Integtest® Wireless Glove Integrity Tester WGT-1200, manufactured by Beijing Neuronbc Laboratories Co., Ltd. The WGT-1200 is an online glove integrity testing instrument designed according to the positive pressure leak detector principle recommended by GB/T 25915.7-2010 / ISO 14644-7:2004. It is a dedicated instrument for detecting leakage of gloves in isolators, RABS, and cleanroom barrier systems.
The WGT-1200 features wireless WiFi communication with a PC, allowing one computer to manage multiple detection units simultaneously. With powerful upper computer management software, RFID chip technology for automatic glove identification, and IP65 protection rating for easy disinfection and cleaning, this instrument meets the stringent requirements of FDA, GMP, and 21 CFR Part 11 compliance. An ideal solution for pharmaceutical aseptic processing, sterile testing, and barrier integrity validation.
