Hexa Pharma Chem presents the Titanium Filter, manufactured by Beijing Neuronbc Laboratories Co., Ltd. These filters are made of ultrapure titanium using a special sintering process, creating a uniform and stable porous structure with high porosity and high interception efficiency. Titanium filters are temperature insensitive, anticorrosive, highly mechanical, regenerative, and durable — applicable to filtering various gases and liquids.
In particular, titanium filters are widely used in the pharmaceutical industry for removing carbon during the process of thinning or thickening liquids to be infused, injections, eye drops, and APIs. With temperature resistance up to 280°C (wet), excellent chemical stability with acid corrosion resistance and antioxidant properties, non-magnetic and non-toxic characteristics, and good biocompatibility with human tissue and blood, these filters meet pharmaceutical GMP and food hygiene requirements.
