Hexa Pharma Chem presents the High Precision HPP Series Polypropylene Cartridge Filter, manufactured by Beijing Neuronbc Laboratories Co., Ltd. This advanced fixed deep cartridge filter uses an imported PP thermal-sprayed fiber nonwoven membrane, completely avoiding fiber shedding problems while offering high interception efficiency.
The hierarchical filter process makes the cartridge less blocked, significantly prolonging service life. With a wide filter precision range of 0.1 to 60 μm, effective filter area of 0.4–2.0 m²/10", and cartridge diameters of 69 mm, 83 mm, and 130 mm, the HPP series delivers complete PP structure with melting process for quality stability. FDA-approved materials ensure safe and reliable operation across pharmaceutical, food, beverage, and chemical industries.
