Hexa Pharma Chem presents the Pharmaceutical Grade Polyethersulfone (PES) Cartridge Filter, manufactured by Beijing Neuronbc Laboratories Co., Ltd. These filters are made of Micro series hydrophilic asymmetric sulfonated PES membrane, offering universal chemical compatibility with a pH range of 3–11. They feature large throughput and long service life, making them ideal for bio-pharmaceutical and related applications.
Before delivery, each cartridge undergoes 100% integrity testing to ensure product filter efficiency. NSS cartridges are endurable to repeated online steam or high-pressure disinfection, meeting the asepsis requirements of the new version GMP. The double-layer structure uses same materials for a solid construction with excellent hydrophilicity and low protein absorption rates.
