These filters are produced using pleated processing, creating an impact-resistant structure with a large filter area — ideal for filtering solutions with slow flow rates and large volumes. Capsule filters are sealed by means of melting, free from glues and adhesives, ensuring no contamination of filtrate.
Each capsule filter undergoes 100% integrity testing, purified water washing, and pressure testing before delivery. Available in multiple filter media options including PP, PES, PTFE, and N66, with a disposable structure that requires no stainless steel housing — making them more economical and convenient than conventional filter methods. Perfect for laboratories and small-scale production terminals.
