Hexa Pharma Chem presents the Sterility Testing Kits — Canister systems, manufactured by Beijing Neuronbc Laboratories Co., Ltd. These canister-based sterility testing kits are designed for membrane filtration-based microbial limit testing and sterility testing in pharmaceutical, medical device, and food & beverage industries.
Available in 2-canister (220 series) and 3-canister (330 series) configurations, the kits feature a canister bottle made of Acrylonitrile-Styrene copolymer (SAN), hydrophobic PTFE 0.22µm air filters, mixed cellulose (CN-CA) or Nylon filter disc membranes, and stainless steel 316L syringe needles. The systems deliver flow rates of ≥300 ml/min (2-canister) and ≥400 ml/min (3-canister) with validated microorganism recovery and growth performance across 6 standard strains.
