Product Introduction
Hexa Pharma Chem presents the Sterility Testing Pump NSTS-500, manufactured by Beijing Neuronbc Laboratories Co., Ltd. This pump is based on the principle of membrane filtration. The pump gives positive pressure to transmit the liquid sample to the canister where it is filtered under positive pressure. After filtration, the filter membrane is washed to remove the antimicrobial agent of the product, and then the culture medium is filled in the filter to check whether the sample contains bacteria.
The NSTS-500 features a stainless steel 304 body, automatic and manual run modes, programmable settings, infinite rotating speed regulation with pause memory function, and a pedal switch with imported aviation waterproof terminal for ultra-low voltage control. It is the preferred method for sterility testing in the Chinese Veterinary Pharmacopoeia and Chinese Pharmacopoeia, 2015 Edition. Optional sample recovery function with freely disassemblable recovery bracket meets special needs for expensive product recycling.
