Hexa Pharma Chem presents the Air Filter Housing (Respirator Filter), manufactured by Beijing Neuronbc Laboratories Co., Ltd. This filter is specifically designed for sterilization purposes during material pot gas exchange in the pharmaceutical and food industries. The vent of the material pot and storage pot is separated by the filter, allowing gas in the pot to be discharged smoothly while preventing external microorganisms and particulates from entering.

Manufactured according to GMP standards, the filter uses a hydrophobic PTFE membrane with filtration accuracy of 0.01μm, achieving 99.9999% filtration for a variety of bacteria and phages. The filter supports bubble point testing and can be subjected to online steam disinfection. With CNC-machined filter socket, polished internal and external surfaces with no dead angles, and corrosion-resistant construction, it delivers safe, reliable sealing across various operating conditions.
